Announcing May Foster Care Month Recognition Events
May is Foster Care Recognition month and St. Louis County is hosting three separate events to celebrate our foster families. We will be awarding recognition certificates to our foster families to honor the outstanding service they provide in our communities and to the children and families they directly serve. In Duluth we've planned a Resource Fair which is a family event with community resource information, games for the children, and entertainment for the families. In Virginia and Hibbing we will have Open Houses for foster parents that will include a social time and recognition of the foster parents. Below are the dates, times, and locations of these events.
