St. Louis County to Release Homelessness Data

     St. Louis County and other agencies will release the most recent results of an ongoing study by the Wilder Research Center regarding homelessness in St. Louis County at press conferences in Duluth and Virginia on Monday, December 17, 2007. 

     The Duluth area press conference will be held in the Mayor’s Reception room, 3^rd Floor, City Hall, at 9:00 AM., with Duluth Mayor Herb Bergson, St. Louis County 2^nd District Commissioner Steve O’Neil, and Nancy Cashman of the Duluth Salvation Army discussing the newest findings.  The Iron Range area press conference will be held at the Arrowhead Economic Opportunity Agency (AEOA) at 702 3^rd Avenue South in Virginia at 1:00 PM, featuring St. Louis County 6^th District Commissioner Keith Nelson, Eveleth City Councilor and Minnesota Coalition for the Homeless representative Liz Kuoppala.
