Amendments to St. Louis County’s Zoning and Subdivision Ordinances
The St. Louis County Planning Commission has initiated text amendments to St. Louis County’s zoning and subdivision ordinances. The amendments can be found on the web site of the Planning Department, www.co.st-louis.mn.us, or you may request a written copy of the proposed amendments by calling 218-749-7103. The Planning Commission will consider public testimony at a future hearing, which will likely be held in August. You may send your written comments to:
