The 2006 St Louis County Health & Human Service conference will be held October 12th & 13th, at the DECC in Duluth. The theme for this year's conference is "What is Happening to our Village?" Our keynote speaker, Paul Rogat Loeb is the author of "The Impossible Will Take a Little While- A Citizens Guide to Hope in a Time of Fear" and "Soul of a Citizen- Living with Conviction in a Cynical Time".
