     The St. Louis County Purchasing Department has announced that beginning July 1, 2006, all Requests for Bids, Requests for Proposals, and Requests for Information, with the exception of road and bridge projects, will only be advertised on the St. Louis County web page at www.co.st-louis.mn.us .
