St. Louis County Recorder to Open Vital Records Office in Hibbing

     The St. Louis County Recorder’s Office will begin issuing Birth and Death Records and Marriage Licenses at the Hibbing Courthouse on June 1, 2006, County Recorder Mark Monacelli announced today.  Birth and Death Records, and Marriage Licenses will be available in the Hibbing Courthouse, Room 100, 1810 12^th Avenue East from 8:00 AM – Noon and 1:00 PM – 4:30 PM Monday through Friday.
