The St. Louis County Sheriff’s Office Courts Services carry out the sheriff’s statutory responsibility for:

• Pursuing and apprehending all felons - Transportation Division and Warrants Division
• Executing all processes, writs, percepts, and orders issued or made by lawful authority - Civil Division
• Attending upon the terms of the District Court -  Bailiff 

These judicial process documents originate from county governmental agencies, private attorneys, etc.  Court Services also enforce levies and writs of executions and conducts Sheriff’s sales.
