The Warrant Division is staffed by the same Deputies that staff the Civil Division.

The Warrants are issued by the Courts, signed by Judges, and then entered by Warrant Division clerical staff into the State and the Federal computer. Which computer depends on the type of charge and the extradition limit placed on the warrant.
