St. Louis County Sheriff’s Office - Notification of Civil Division Fee Increase 2008
Beginning January 1, 2008, the following fees for service were implemented per St. Louis County Board Resolution Number 586 adopted on November 6, 2007 in St. Louis County.
Please note: A minimum deposit of $46.00 is required with all requests for service of process (ie: $46 for each individual to be served; two services = $92; three services = $138, etc.)
