Here is some of the information that you will need to help our staff quickly and correctly answer your inquiries.  To help make things go smoother and faster please answer the following questions.  If you call please have the information at hand.  You can also copy and paste the following information into the body of your e-mail.  You may then type in your answers and send them in the e-mail.

What is the Tax Parcel Code?  How do I find it?

This information is on your tax statement, you are looking for a 12 digit in the upper right hand portion of your tax statement in the grey shaded area.  It will also be on the sale paperwork or the Deed.

If you click on this link Property Tax Lookup it will take you to the St. Louis County site where you will be able to look up your Tax Parcel Code and legal description.  (Remember your property may still be in the name of the person that you are buying it from.)
