Lease Information Property Management coordinates all County building lease activities. The County is both lessor (landlord) and lessee (tenant), and our department has the responsibilities of inventory, records management, renewals, terminations, coordinating negotiations, lease preparation with County Attorney’s Office, preparing Board communications, County department’s and public liaison, and overall lease management. Property Management administers approximately 50 leases for St. Louis County (lessor). The leases are for office space, tower sites, billboard sign space, etc. The County also rents office space (lessee) at various locations throughout St. Louis County. Our goal is to to consolidate County offices into our own facilities and to centralize our locations for the convenience of our customers.
