Health Coverage (full-time employment)

  • Eligible after one full-calendar month of employment
  • Single coverage for $22/month or less
  • Family coverage for $230/month or less
  • Prescriptions copays $10 -$40 for 31 day supply; 90-day supply for two copays
  • Preventive services. $500 annual benefit - not subject to annual deductible
  • Preventive cancer screenings covered 100%

Dental Coverage (full-time employment)

  • Annual benefit ranges from $1,000 to $1,500

  • Optional family coverage available at employee’s expense
  • Part-time employees pay a pro-rated portion of employer contribution

Life Insurance (full-time employment)

  • 100% employer paid premium for full-time employees
  • Coverage based on salary, ranges from $15,000 to $50,000
  • Additional life coverage available at employee’s expense

Deferred Compensation

  • 457 plan
  • No 10% tax penalty on withdrawals made after separation
  • All contributions are voluntary and pre-tax; up to $15,500 annual contribution for most employees

Paid Leave

  • Vacation and Sick Leave accrue each pay period
  • Accrual rates increase with years of service
  • 10 paid holidays
  • Up to 4 Personal Leave days per year
  • Accrual rates for part-time employee leave is pro-rated

Schedule

  • Many positions offer flexible work schedules
  • Most positions have a 37.5 hour work week
