Board of Adjustment (BOA)

The Board of Adjustment (BOA) is made up of seven (7) Members and is responsible for the following duties.

  1. To hear and decide requests for variances from the county's official controls.
  2. To hear and decide appeals of administrative decisions relating to county official controls.

The deadline for application is the first Friday of the month prior to the BOA meeting.
