Torrens Department Fee Schedule

ST. LOUIS COUNTY TORRENS DEPARTMENT FEE SCHEDULE
Minnesota Statute section 508.82

(1) For registering each original certificate of title, and issuing a duplicate of it, $30 plus a $4.50 surcharge.

(2) For registering each instrument transferring the fee simple title for which a new certificate of title is issued and for the issuance and registration of the new certificate of title, $30 plus a 4.50 surcharge.

(3) For the entry of each memorial on a certificate and endorsements upon duplicate certificates, $15 plus a $4.50 surcharge.

(4) For issuing each residue certificate, $20 plus a $4.50 surcharge.

(5) For exchange certificates, $10 for each certificate canceled and $10 for each new certificate issued.

(6) For each certificate showing condition of the register, $10.

(7) For any certified copy of any instrument or writing on file in the office, $1 for each page of the instrument with a minimum fee of $5.

(8) For a noncertified copy of any instrument or writing on file in the office of the registrar of titles, or any specified page or part of it, $1 per page/$3 minimum

(9) For filing copies of any plat in the office of the registrar, $30 plus a $4.50 surcharge.

(10) For issuing a duplicate certificate of title pursuant to the directive of the examiner of titles, $50 plus $15 to memorialize plus a $4.50 surcharge.

(11) For filing a condominium floor plan or/plat an amendment to it in accordance with chapter 515, $30 plus a $4.50 surcharge

(12) For a copy of a condominium floor plan or/plat filed pursuant to chapters 515A, the fee shall be $1 for each page of the floor plan with a minimum fee of $10.

(13) For filing a condominium declaration and floor plan or/plat an amendment to it accordance with chapter 515A, $10 for each certificate upon which the document is registered and $30 for the filing of the floor plans or amendments thereto.

(14) For filing a certified copy of a plat of survey pursuant to section 508.23 or 508.671, $10

(15) For filing a registered land survey in triplicate, $30 plus a $4.50 surcharge

(16) For furnishing a certified copy of a registered land survey, $10.
