Officials Ask Residents to be Alert to Any Sign of Missing Child

St. Louis County Sheriff Ross Litman, Bureau of Criminal Apprehension Agent Jerry Koneczny, and Chishom Police Chief Scott Erickson request that, with the coming of Spring, residents be alert to any sign of Leanna Warner, who has been missing since June of 2003. Five year old Leanna Warner was last seen June 14, 2003 at 5:00 PM at the 0100 block of SW 2nd Street, Chisholm, wearing a dark blue sleeveless denim dress, orange Hanes underpants, and a flower petal earring with a red garnet insert. She was not wearing shoes.

Residents are asked to review their own property, and members of Adopt a Highway programs are also requested to be alert to any signs of Leanna or areas of disturbed earth. If residents think they have detected something, they should call local law enforcement immediately.
