St. Louis County to Discuss TIF

The St. Louis County Board, representatives from the City of Duluth, and the developers of the Medical District expansion project will meet Tuesday, March 9, 2004 at 9:30 AM in the County Board Room, St. Louis County Courthouse, Duluth, to discuss a request for the County Board to waive the 30 day comment period for creation of a new Tax Increment Financing District in Duluth.
